Where do I train you?

Where do I train you? We can train at a time and location of your choice – from the comfort and privacy of your home, your local gym or outside in the fresh air.

Session formats

Session formats My sessions last for 1 hour. We use a wide range of equipment from dumbbells to kettlebells, boxing gear to skipping ropes, swiss balls to matt exercises. I am here to give you as much or as little support as you want.

Your first session

I will carry out an in-depth assessment of your current stats, diet and lifestyle, training likes and dislikes and what you are hoping to achieve. I will then build a training regime around your requirements, covering a combination of Personal Training sessions, dietary advice and lifestyle coaching.

Whatever your goals, I can tailor a programme to suit you:
