I have been training with Leigh now for over 3 years. I have always wanted to get fit and gain muscle tone so gyms and working out were not new to me, but I never seemed to get any results. All that changed within 6 months of training with Leigh. I can honestly say, training with Leigh (after a major shoulder operation) has been the best thing I have ever done for my health, fitness, strength, diet and overall sense of well being.
