I have been training with Leigh for the past four years. I am in my late sixties so keeping fit is a priority. I have no doubt that my twice a week sessions have benefited me greatly. I now look forward them as I always feel better afterwards. I am very comfortable working out with Leigh, he is extremely conscientious, respectful, and importantly, has a sense of humour. My sessions start with boxing to warm up which I really enjoy. It is great for cardio exercise and getting rid of tension, followed by weight training and core stability work. We discuss nutrition and other forms of exercise that could benefit me in reaching my goals. Leigh is keeping me on track for a healthy and enjoyable lifestyle.
