“I met Leigh 3 years ago when my son attended the Finchley Cricket Summer Camp that he was running. My son has been going every year and refuses to go anywhere else over the summer. Leigh and his team do a fantastic job with the children - encouraging them and facilitating teamwork and a sense of achievement. My son thrives with Leigh's ability to make him feel good about his achievements in sport. I started training with Leigh about five months ago. I was (am) overweight and was struggling with improving my health, diet and fitness levels. This was combined with a stressful job and my inability to make time for myself. I recall my first session, when I said to Leigh "I'm never going to be able to run. Is that ok?" He told me that running was really effective at improving fitness levels but that we would work at my level. That week I ran for 20 secs and just about collapsed! But I quite enjoyed it so started doing little bursts with walking. Leigh has always been encouraging and tailored his training to my level. He has helped me to think about the food that I eat and improve my diet. I honestly think he has a real desire to help people change their lives.
