I’ll run through the equipment on the market and the options available to you. I’ll then recommend the best equipment for your home gym, to fit your space, your needs and your budget.
I can source and order all equipment on your behalf, arrange delivery and supervise assembly.
Finally, I will spend time with you, teaching you how to use the equipment in your new home gym and build you an exercise programme to get the most out of it.
